This Arte Residence building were so popular and unique in Mont Kiara, Malaysia as most of the people know and heard about it. The clients wish to have Space Saving Zen concept for the calm living. They wanted to be calm the first thing they step into the apartment. Therefore, the design involved were hidden doors to storage room and elevated tatami to store stuff. The living area can also turn into a guest area as the Sofa can be a sofa bed, Also, not forgetting the kitchen, having washing machine together as a multi area purpose. The design of the space can be further develop if the clients wish to.
